I will argue that this is perhaps the most perfect example of a B&M Hyper. No filler, all airtime, forceful turnaround. This is the best B&M Hyper period.

Another coaster custom built for the terrain. Awesome that SFoG thought outside of the box and let the coaster go out of the park and utilize the entrance property and the lake. Its the small details that make SFoG coasters so unique!

I heard that this was supposed to go to SFSTL and the a Batman clone was supposed to go to SFoG but there was an iron worker strike in Georgia so STL got the batman clone and over Georgia got the hyper. The layout was supposed to go over the entrance to the parking lot and in the grassy area next to it.

This was my first roller coaster ride ever. Once I told my homies I never even been on a small roller coaster, they made sure to bring me to one of their favorites lol. Definitely was a wild experience for someone new to rides

Goliath is always a must do for me, it’s still just the best rollercoaster I’ve been on. I haven’t been to a lot of different theme parks though since I live in Georgia, but Six Flags has a lot of really cool rides like this one, Superman and Batman roller coasters, and the Daredevil ride. Goliath is still my favorite though.

Superman is my favorite; only con to that ride is waiting while suspended on your stomach for the batch in front of you to exit on take off. That 5 mins can feel like a year😱

the way you feel like you're sitting up high instead of down in a seat makes this ride one of the best!!!

Just got back from six flags over Georgia today and I finally rode goliath and boy it was so fun. I’d say it’s tied up with twisted cyclone they’re both great coaster for sure

I live in Georgia, and I'd definitely recommend it, great coaster

This ride is so much fun. I got on this ride and because the line wasn’t long I was not expecting it to be anything like it was.

Favorite B&M hyper for a long time, it's a bit on the rougher side now so I'd say I enjoy riding something newer like Mako at SWO more but this ride will still always be the goat in my heart

I was always scared of this one until I finally got on it twice in a row yesterday….What an Amazing ride!

Just rode this Last Tuesday. One of the best hypercoasters I’ve ridden!

Rode this multiple times last year, great height, love the route over multiple rides and pathways, very comfortable(turtle shell lap bars) tho brace yourself for greyouts on that helix, woa baby!

This was a formative coaster for me. I'd experienced "airtime" technically before, but never on such huge sweeping airtime hills. I'd never ridden a roller coaster that made me actually feel like I was flying through the air, completely weightless. Never a coaster so huge, long, graceful, free and yet so intense and powerful. Obviously there are lots of roller coasters like Goliath but this was the first hyper coaster I ever got to ride.

Love the ride so much❤

This looks like one of the smoothest coasters I've ever seen. Like riding on air!

@@kaliiexsq im being completely honest its only slightly scarier than most of the other rides there. i rode it for the first time ever and loved it so much that i did it twice in a row. it's all mental when riding coasters.

I remember when I was a kid at SFOG looking up at the "Great Gasp" and imagining a roller coaster hill that tall. The thought was as exhilarating as it was terrifying. Hard to believe a 200 foot hill is now almost middling.

First time I noticed that this hyper does not have a mid break

my first ever roller coaster. no regrets. however i did feel a little too short for it and i did nearly pass out. but that was probably because i wasnt used to thrill rides.

This may be the only roller coaster that takes riders out of the park and back inside once the ride is over

I actually rode the ride, it was fun!

Between this and Mako, I'd honestly say the smaller B&M hypers tend to have more of a kick than the bigger ones. The airtime and forces are so much punchier and effective.

I’ve road hulk and volicicoaster and this ride got me scared asf y’all got it 😧

I rode this today and it was so fun. I rode it with some of my friends from school and they loved it and we are planning to go on Monday again and ride the Goliath,Batman,Mindbender,Twisted Cyclone/ all the coasters in the park except blue hawk

Does ANYONE out there remember the Six Flags commercial without Mr. Six. It was the one with a different theme song that has certain lyrics. I can't remember all of them. But the words to it I CAN recall are as follows: "Six Flags, Six Flags, Come And Join Us. Six Flags, Six Flags, Come And Join Us. ? And Laughing, And Ice Cream Cones. Laughing When You're Small, Smiling When You're Grown. Six Flags, Six Flags, ..." At least I believe those lyrics are correct. I just know how I've heard them sung before, and, I can recall the tune so very vividly. It sounds NOTHING like the Mr. Six commercials, though. I did the math 🧮 and get this, the coaster has nine rows and four seats and that equals thirty six seats on that roller coaster🎢 9x4=36 I am the ultimate mathematical genius and I like counting coasters before riding a coaster. That's how I stay calm, cool and collected 🙂🙃

It beat Mako but is #2 behind Intimidator for B&M Hypers that I've ridden. Apollo was definitely the weakest.

I rode this ride when I was ten. It was too much for little ol' me to handle. Organs flying around and I thought I was gonna die tbh. I knew that after the first plunge I made a huge mistake. Organs flopping around with each loop and plunge, it was too much for me. I'm still traumatized, but I'm doing better. I may wanna wait till I'm much older to ride again. Still looks fun tho now that I'm looking at this at 13.

This doesn't look like 60 FPS. It gets pretty choppy.

I was terrified to get on this. I went to six flags not too long ago with the intentions of riding the coasters i hadnt gotten the chance to do. This was my last one and i was petrified. Let me tell ya this though. The drop is easy tbh. I know it looks bad but its really not. The stomach punch feeling on this ride isnt bad at all. Twisted cyclone and daredevil dive will give you way more of a punch. This entire ride is literally a 10/10 and the best ride in the park. My advice. Get in line and force yourself to pull the restraint down. Dont think about it when you do it. I promise you wont regret it

Depends on how old you are. I waited too early to ride this ride. I was 10, and my sister had convinced me (she was 12.) If you're afraid of roller coasters, this will traumatize you like it did me. But if ya wanna start out small, I highly recommend Blue Hawk. It's fun, and lower in speed so you won't feel like you're gonna die. Also Mine Train. A classic in my family. We always ride it first! It's a little rigid at first, but you get the hang of it after a while. Long story short, these are my two recommendations, but for Golliath, it all comes down to if you feel confident in yourself that you won't black out after the 1st plunge.

Hey, great video. Thanks. I never rode this. I dont think I can ride to many coasters. I get sick. Headaches. Nausiated. Im a wuss. Lol. Im ole fashioned. Just give me an ole woody anytime, and im happy. I guess that this is just an excellent out and back coaster w fantastic air times. It looks like it a lot, and that it would be awesome. I would rather get beat up and hurt on a wooden coaster than one that goes upside down, etc. This doesn't do the twists and loops. I love the lift hill. I dont know if i like some of these new coasters already built and more to come when they go from 0 to 90 and shoot you out of the station, then into the twists, etc. What do you think? Are they doing away with lift hills. With no disrespect, it seems like if you ride one upside down, twisting coaster, then you rode them all or most of them. I can't prove that because i haven't ridden a coaster in a long time. But, they all seem the same. Even the wooden coasters. Im just getting ole fashion and need to get out and have fun.
