I have pain above the elbow as well as below. I get it from surfing and throwing darts. The pain comes when I extend or retract my forearm. Is it something other than golfers elbow? It doesn’t hurt when I curl my wrist.

Even though pain is felt at the elbow, golfers elbow is associated with the muscles of wrist flexion and their tendons, so it sounds like you have something else. Is yours on the inside or outside of your elbow? And does it hurt more when you flex or extend your elbow? I also just realized you posted this over a year ago, but I'm still curious if you've recovered or if you still have pain and if so what is causing it. I've had golfers elbow for a year and a half now and it's the worst.

I’m sorry let me clarify so that you’ll know what I am doing with I have psoriatic arthritis as well as a Polymyalgia rheumatica and from what I can figure this is coming all from my hands due to the disease because I’m not a golfer. Any thing I do aggravates it so I try not to do anything other than icing for several weeks and I’m wearing those bands and try to keep stretching just my wrist by flexing it up and down. This is a great video so any information you have that would help me I greatly appreciate it!!

That flexbar exercise he shows is for tennis elbow...golfer's elbow it's an underhand grip and the affected arm starts out with a tight wrist curl for maximum load then unload
