007 Loved premium sports cars in the 90’s so I’m doing a head to head review of the two famous James Bond cars from Goldeneye. The BMW Z3 and the Ferrari F355 GTS by Corgi. These two cars look as good as they perform and boy do they both perform. These cars do come from two different Corgi Series, as Corgi put out various series over the years. The Ferrari is from the Corgi Classics line coming in as a 1:43 scale model, and the BMW is from the prestigious "Directors Cut" Series which is widely considered the best series Corgi has made to date for the their 007 Cars.
Both look great with the paint and attention to detail being top tier as you would expect from Corgi. Both of these Models have detailed vehicle accurate rims. Long is the day we would have generic rims on all of the cars or plastic red interiors on cars that were known for having black leather.
As mentioned in the video neither one of these cars have screen used gadgets, however the BMW does have stinger missiles behind the headlights and yes they do fire.
I love both of these along with all of my Corgi models and if you're on the fence about purchasing either one of them I can personally vouch and advise you add them as soon as possible. You wont be disappointed.

- Premium packaging with a nice display window
- Working Stinger Missiles load and shoot
Cons:👎
- Brosnan's Hair is blatantly the wrong color
- Front License Plate was left bare
- Underbody is as plain and lackluster as it gets

Pros:👍
- A stunning paint job on this with very high gloss
- Detailed Interior with two-toned Brown and Black accents
- Highly detailed Rims with separate brake rotors underneath
Cons:👎
- Wrong scaling for the entire rest of the 007 lineup, this is 1:43 vs the standard 1:36 for Bond
- Zero gadgets or opening movie parts outside of the spinning tires
- Packaging has not aged well and is very dated looking
