Great video again Steve, that patch was a ripper, great gold, with the signal in the scoop dumping it on top of the coil can make finding the gold simple especially the little bits and when using one hand filming, Cheers

Such a thrill finding a virgin patch with one after the other, I've only ever done it once high up on a Ridge.

@stevegraf9276 oh and that bower was amazing, a lot more impressive than our satin bowers down here in Vic.
The gold is always good to see but the addition of the nature and relics really sets you apart from the other prospecting channels. Keep up the good work👍

@@stevegraf9276 I remember a guy I meet in Australia years ago he was trialing detectors before they where released, at this time this was the gold bug he was testing , Garrett was the leading detector at that time, 1987, he said to me never disclose to anyone where your patches are or where you find your gold as you will find in the future the detector technology will get better and you can go back to all your spots and go over them again. That was so true, good on you Steve a lot of work goes into what you do, videos make it look easy to those who have not been professionally prospecting 💥🌈⚒️
have you ever found more than 1 piece of gold in the scoop at the same time or more in the hole
@stevegraf9276
2 ай бұрын
Hi, funnily enough I think I've only had two bits in the same scoop a few times and a couple of them were just where one piece had simply broken off the other, having been only held together by a thin strand of gold. But I have had quite a few situations where I've found several pieces of gold in the same hole. That's always fantastic because each time you pull out a nugget and then find there's still another target in the hole you can generally assume it will be gold and it usually is 👍😁.
I am enjoying your gold content ! Well done - marvellous 🌸😃🌸 Are you up near the Palmer?

I don’t know but I think I might have had a pig roast along with the gold hunt. But preferably before they found the dead bull😳. We have no snakes here in Alaska but the Brown bears snack on tourists sometimes!

Ha ha yeah a bit of roast pork would be nice 👍. I've had a couple of close encounters with bears myself over in Alaska many years ago while hiking the old gold route to the Yukon on the Chilkoot trail and also near Mt McKinley in Denali National Park. But what a fantastic place though. I also had a very close call with a cougar as it growled and circled me at less than 20 metres away, while hiking solo in British Columbia. Marvelous country and wildlife 😃.

@@stevegraf9276 I hade a mountain lion encounter myself while bow hunting in Montana at about 8 yards 😳. But I was actually thinking that you have got to run around Alaska but I have never been to Australia 😏. But seeing that I just retired that may change. When we stop being adventurous we get old. Keep up the good videos..thanks for investing your time.
How is it that there is so much gold in Australia?
@darrenbooker8144

It's basically the oldest continent on earth, that's why we are so flat, most of our mountain ranges have eroded away,
sounds like money

Are you for real = what Gold digger would disclose his locations
@user-eh5dv7hx6c
2 ай бұрын
I’m sure Steve would love to help you find some gold,but you don’t understand that if he gave so much as a hint of his location there would be so many people there that he wouldn’t even find a place to park his car. Just do your homework and you can find your own spot. I appreciate your innocence but the world we live in is filled with people that would strip Steve’s area clean in one week.
