Warhammer underworlds is not on this list, is it because is not 40k? would you do something like this but for AOS?

The hachette magazines are also a good way to start, especially if you just get the first few magazines. I gets you a few models, paints and basic rules.

I definitely want to get the Age of Darkness boss to add to my Dark Angels 40k army granted I know some of the units will have to be proxied. I hope the Tau get a Christmas box this year as I missed the boarding action they had a few years back.

The Current and new Combat Patrols with a box of Crisis suits is a decent start for Tau actually. Nets you nearly 1k points.
