Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm milk 270 ml
- Dry yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
2. Mix again with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 720-750 g (add in parts)
- Melted butter 70 g (5 tbsp)
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Place the dough on the table
6. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.

8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 55-60 minutes
10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
11. Dough weight 1096 g.
12. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
13. Roll them into a ball
14. Place each ball on baking paper
15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
16. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
17. Roll out the dough into a circle (14-16 cm).
18. Cut into 4 equal parts
19. Cut it and form a triangle like in the video
20. Stack the triangles on top of each other and press them together with a chopstick.
21. Make a nice bump like in the video
22. Repeat after me
23. Place on baking paper
24. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
25. It's very simple, you will definitely do it!
26. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes
27. The buns have risen, look how beautiful they are!
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
28. Lubricate with a brush
29. Sprinkle with sugar
30. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 22-25 minutes
