I have many friends and acquaintances who have become citizens from Russia, France, Colombia, England, Vietnam, Cuba, Jamaica.... The crowd seems to be all adults. They don't teach this in school anymore. They must be taught the pledge of alegance and our songs at home. I grew up in Iowa. We had a state song and I learned in school. Still sing it

Made me cry. That was beautiful. Proud to be a veteran of these United States. What a wonderful performance.

This made me sob. Thank you for loving this country and doing tribute to all the heroes of this nation through this beautiful music.

Gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes. Yes, God bless America.

Very well done. I went through the public school system when you could say the word "God", celebrate Christmas, etc. without winding up in a courtroom. This performance had a special meaning to me personally.

I’m 56 and remember learning and singing these songs in public elementary school when the music teacher would visit each classroom with a record player and books for each child. My father always stood at attention with hand over heart when the National Anthem was played. I’m so grateful to be an American. Happy 245th birthday!

Always brings tears to my eyes. like now. Years ago shortly after 9/11 was at a major sports event. Instead of playing the national anthem they played God Bless America. Many tears were shed in that stadium that day.

God Bless America, We'll always love and respect you!

My grandmother, an immigrant from Italy, said "God Bless America!" almost every day of her life. Those were the days when Immigrants were grateful & loyal to the country who gave them a new home and a chance for a better life. We are now 4 more generations, and that loyalty & love of country has been passed on to every new generation of Americans. Thank you, Nonna!

My grandfather, an immigrant from Italy, loved this country. He flew the flag every day. When his children spoke Italian in the house he told them, "You are in America. Speak English."

My two cousins served in WW1, my dad and 3 uncles served in WW2, my self and 2 brothers served during peace time , We love the USA!

I teared up just watching it here on a monitor. I would probably completely folded if I had been there. We need a lot more of this kind of thing. I continually pray that God will restore his blessing like they were 50 years ago.

My dad fought WW2 and The Korean Conflict. I treasure all the patriotic songs. And he made sure we knew them all too. And that we sat up, and sang them loud and proud like they were meant to be sung. He sang in the Navy Choir during his service. It was a big part of the rest of his life. All those songs. I miss him so. My dad, my hero.

I have always loved the song God Bless America but after hearing and singing with others on 9/11, can't hear it without getting chills.

I cannot help it, but every single time they break out into God Bless America, I cannot hold back the tears.

During one of my visits to the historic town called Ramona,I heard it for the first time in the cosy First Congregational Church of America. I am back for this Christmas season and hope to hear it again....God bless Ramona and it's people.

Beautiful! When I was in elementary school during WWII, we sang patriotic songs in school. Are today's children taught these beautiful lyrics in school? Yes, God Bless America.

I am a Vietnam vet, my Dad Korea, Grandpa WWII and my daughter, Iraq. Long history of military service to this great country. Yet with all of the yrouble we have, a great group presents this music. God Bless America and those who serve!

I loved the bagpipers strolling in there, like the elves to Helms Deep.
