Yes...something terrible has been growing quietly and unknown in the shadows for sixty years now. Red, murderous, mindless Marxism has made its bid to destroy the western world. People, our own citizens and foreign influencers who have been disguised as mild mannered well meaning socialists; just to the left of center, have made their grasp for power. Covid was an intentional attack, millions of American people have died. Murderous unruly mobs, the paid agents of our enemies stalk the land and thousands of businesses have been burnt but very little gets into the media because the network of traitors is vast. 1943: Kate had originally recorded this for Victor in 1939. Irving Berlin retooled it for the movie and the Warner studio orchestra and chorus backed her so well. America and the Allies needed this after taking a shellacking in the first year of the war. But the tide was about to turn, and morale-boosters like this one helped the Allies to eventual victory.

Fun fact: the Philadelphia Flyers NHL team actually had Kate Smith sing God Bless America at some of the most important games in the season for a few years. The reason they did this was because almost every time that she sang, they won so they considered her singing a good luck charm. They even had her sing in the Stanley Cup Finals in 1974 and 1975, both of which the Flyers would win
