Yes! Thank you! The owner's manual was useless other than saying push down on that thing inside. Although I think my Acadia is flawed now, cause it still thinks the battery is low.

The display on the dash of my car said to replace the battery. But I could not unlock my car doors, but the hatch button unlocked the hatch! I climbed in over the seats, since I didn't know about the key until this video - or I forgot. I reached over to unlock the doors using the buttons on the inside of the driver door. They would not work! I eventually pushed the button to start the car, then for some reason I was able to pull the handle on the driver side back seat door and it opened, then the driver door unlocked! When I got back home, I could not unlock the other doors, still. I went in the house and got the other remote. That remote would not unlock the doors either, but would unlock the hatch. Now I can't lock the 2 doors. I just ordered the battery. Hopefully that will resolve the problem. I'm glad I don't live in a high crime area! I don't understand why the buttons on the door handles won't unlock or lock the doors now.
What do you do if the battery is on the other side of the electronic board and not accessible when you take the back off?
