@Hinata'sDyedHair For me, I just don’t think he and his companions have a proper excuse. Attacking Maria can be excused imo because they didn’t know. But when they did, they still attacked Trost. For me, the deal was sealed. Yes, I have sympathy for their struggles. I also think they’re evil mass murderers who deserve horrific deaths. They had a choice. A hard one, for sure. But a choice.

@@QahnaarinDovah Well their choice was to die in the place of the people of the walls. If they go back empty handed they're toast. Thats a very hard choose for a literal child. To expect someone their age to be so morally sound they would sacrifice themselves for these people is kinda nuts. They also understand that if they go back Marley will just kill them and send the next set of candidates. If you think Reiner was a problem wait until Gabi rolls up with the armor. They know that even sacrificing themselves to save the people of the walls is only temporary. Their only real shot would have been to betray Marley and work with Paradise. But how can they reasonable be expected to choose people they've known for a few years over the families that raised them. Not to mention the fact that Paradis would be in a very tight spot when asked to forgive and work with the guys that broke Maria and killed thousands.

@@QahnaarinDovah They’re quite clearly not evil, no more than any other character in the show is currently. Especially since the death count in Trost was 0 civilians and 207 soldiers killed - a lot cleaner than the thousands of civilians an adult Armin killed. One hundred civilians were killed during Annie and Eren’s fight under Erwin’s say so, I feel the warriors tend to have people fixate on their murders much more so than any other character’s, which makes emotional sense. Killing in any case is clearly wrong, these were teenagers killing under extreme duress so I think evil is quite the moniker to give them especially after their characters are deconstructed.

The absolute rage and power behind Levi's movements, that fight really felt like everything he has gone through has lead to that moment

These 3 consecutive episodes literally screams EMOTIONAL DAMAGE !!!😃

No, keep watching. "You got to keep moving forward" as stated by many of the characters in the show like Eren and Reiner. At least, watch the next episode for the *climactic* conclusion to this arc. Yes, it's still heart wrenching, but it's still oh so good 😈

I love how she is just crying then her outro is just all happy go lucky

When you were crying over Erwin it gave me genuine anxiety knowing about Armin coming up... It was like watching someone crying over a broken wrist while sitting on train tracks with a train on its way. That was not pleasant.

I don't know if anybody will have any idea what I'm talking about, but PinkVapor is like the Uzumaki Khan of Attack on Titan. Just nothing but unrestrained emotion over the show and I'm living for it.

You have to hold on to the show, just like Armin hold on to his plan and death.

this was probably the only episode that made me sob in aot

I love the title of this episode "Hero" could be referring to Erwin, Levi, Armin, Eren and so many others in this episode. Brilliant title, great continuation of possibly the best arc in the entire series.

It all depends on how emotionally invested you are in a show and it's characters lol. I personally was as invested in all these characters as she was, but just on the inside lol so not so much speaking and mostly crying silently.

I cried over Erwin as if he was a close friend that passed. Unfortunately I was spoiled about Armin, but I was still heartbroken. This season is emotionally exhausting 😢💔

Keep watching, it gets better! Even though I was a manga reader and knew what was about to happen I still ended up crying in this scene. Armin's hands down my favorite character in the series and it was so hard to watch with the beautiful OST playing in the background really just messing me up for hours after the episode aired.
