Wheat flour - 550 - 570 grams.
Warm milk - 150 ml.
Warm water - 150 ml.
Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Dry yeast - 6 grams.
1 large egg.
Vegetable oil - 50 ml.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Filling:
Chocolate chips.
For a golden brown crust:
1 egg.
For decoration:
Sesame.
8:00 Ingredients for Recipe #2:
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
1 glass of warm water (200 ml)
2 tablespoons sugar (40 grams)
1 packet of instant yeast (11 grams)
2 egg whites (separate yolks)
1 tea glass of vegetable oil (100 ml)
Flour - 650 g
1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
Butter - 50g
