Ginpo Hana Mishama Donabe
Design inspired by Chrysanthemum flower.
Made from earthware, Donabe means clay pot in Japanese. It has been used since the Edo period as a common house hold cookware.
Used in an open flame, it can cook Shabu-Shabu, braised dishes, soup and even rice dishes. The donabe is ideal for high temperature, ceramic claypot require to be preseason before using to ensure a long lasting resilient. The Ginpo Hana Mishima can be used over open flame, in oven and microwave oven.
