■ Cooking time: 15 minutes
■ Ingredients (for 2 people)
・Chinese cabbage: 150g
・Ginger: 1 piece ・Water: 400cc
・Chicken stock: 1 teaspoon ・Salt: A little ・Pepper: A little ・Soy sauce: 1/2 teaspoon ・Sesame oil: 2 teaspoons
■Preparation ・Cut the Chinese cabbage into 1 cm wide pieces.
・Peel the ginger.
■How to make
1. Peel the ginger and cut it into strips.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the ginger and fry over low heat until fragrant.
3. Add the Chinese cabbage and fry over medium heat until tender.
4. Add water and chicken stock powder and simmer over medium heat.
5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, and serve on a plate to complete. Top with small green onions if you like and enjoy.
■Tips/Points ・Grate ginger for a stronger flavor.
・If you like, add water-soluble katakuriko to make it thicker and it will be delicious.

    鶏ガラスープがない場合は、コンソメ・昆布だし・鰹だしとかでもOK?
