From Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Chang Kong, Pakbeng, Luang Prabang (celebrated new year and drank coffee at Saffron), Vang Vieng, Vientiane, Savannakhet, Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang, Muene, Pan Thiet, Ho Chi Minh, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Keb, Sinoukville, Koh Rong, Koh Rong Sanloem, Pattaya, Bangkok. Every town, where possible we went to the markets, restaurants etc that we had watched on this channel. It made everything so easy and fun and it was the best time of our life. We go back as soon as the covid situation allows us. You should also go!

Yes they are huge and only the blue claws (something like alpha males ) grow to that size, orange claws (OC) and smaller males (SM) weigh around 100-150 grams...

I love it how Thai always have raw vegetables & herbs with their meal. ❤️

I think it’s amazing and kinda crazy how as soon as it touches your mouth you can take everything it normally takes at least 5 seconds for the full flavor kick in. You are blessed to have such a fast tasting food pallet

The simplicity of that tom yum is really awesome. In Bangkok I had a soup that was just chicken feet and thai chilis and it was amazing how complex the broth tasted with just two ingredients. It was really a kind of revelation for me.

Thai peoples really love their catfish, which is a really delicious fish! Found it in almost everywhere in mark's thai journey
