It is not accurate to assert that builders are responsible for the absence of the Metro. In my opinion, the high cost of land acquisition might be hindering the government's progress.

Commercial space which one is better

Greenfield colony Faridabad Is also good option to invest or live as it is near to south Delhi and noida.

True and this will keep on happening…and Delhi people who are shifting over here in posh areas like DLF PHASE 1 , DLF PHASE 2, SUNCITY, Sushant Lok 1 , apartments on Golf course road are happy with their decision

Is there any chance for better connectivity by road/metro between Noida and Gurugram so that if someone has purchased a flat in Noida does not need to buy another property in Gurgaon and can easily commute between two place if get a job in Gurugram regards
