ED also took over the Amrapali fraud issue. But things started moving only after the Supreme Court(SC) had taken all matters into its hand and decided to complete the construction of all Amrapali projects which is the great help by SC. But at the same time 1. SC didn't disclose the names of politicians & powerful people involved in the whole Amrapali fraud. Thus these frauds and culprits are still protected. 2. SC Forensic investigation failed to trace diverted money and couldn’t get back a single penny. Hence core fraud of fund diversion was principally never got the justice from SC. 3. SC talked big mouth that they will sell the property of Amrapali MD Anil Sharma to get the fund, but SC didn’t followed its own words.
