    Gurgaon /Delhi NCR lies on high Risk level 4 for EARTHQUAKE. Keeping this in mind. In a PLOT You can plan a higher level Structural construction for safety But High rise Apartments r constructed by Builder and we have seen several structural issues in buildings where roofs r falling or structures r developing cracks etc Because NCR lies in a f High Risk EARTHQUAKE zone, we need to be concerned with safety of our family and need to decide how much risk we want to take, So be careful on this aspect before deciding between a plot or a High rise apartment
