Canadian gal here… don’t judge all of Canada on two big cities like Toronto and Vancouver. It’s such a big country with a huge variation in culture from coast to coast. As a Maritimer I can say we have our own unique culture compared to the rest of Canada.

I live in Toronto (and love it), but I really love Montreal. It’s a cool big city with a small town European feel. Fantastic food options and a fun vibe. If you do get the chance to visit in the future I think you’d love it!

I’m from Montreal, born here. You need to like cold and snow and sometimes even freezing rain in the winter because we get lots of that here. But you should definitely come visit and see for yourself, we have great food and it is a beautiful city with great people. I have been to many states in the US and I love my city.
