Chia seed pudding: I do 3 tbsps. of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of milk ( i do unsweetened almond), 1 tbsp. of cacao powder and 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup and frozen blueberries. I would eat this every morning! I also sometimes would add a scoop of chocolate protein and frz strawberries! (The maple syrup and cacao powder is anti inflammatory)

i started crocheting by crocheting bookmarks! kits can be fun, but confusing with all of the different yarn and following a pattern. picking out one pretty yarn color and a YT bookmark pattern will definitely help get the hang of the basics

I recommend making a scarf to begin crocheting. Or a square. Just get comfortable with single crochets and stuff and then move into stuffed animals :)

I blend my chocolate chia seed pudding in a bullet blender before I stick it in the fridge and the next morning I sprinkle unsweetened shredded coconut and granola with a drizzle of honey. It's so good

If you're wanting rom coms back one that came out in 2023 I can't recommend enough is Rye Lane. It takes place in England and follows these two people who spend the day together after both having gone through break ups and it's soooo good. I've never seen a romcom that was so bursting with personality as this one. Everything from the main two characters/actors, the script, the colours and sets, etc. It was so good and it's only like 90 mins so what do you have to lose?
