Exercise has its own benifits but today what knowledge about pre n post meals n food that is important completely changed our mind that how such small things gets changes n its so important to take care of what we eat before or after the work outs.     This is amazing information. I didn't know this at all As a result despite exercising my body just experienced pains and my capacity to exercise has steadily declined over the years. I am reduced to doing very simple beginner level exercises 10 minutes at the time and three times a day. just saw this video and I am blown away
