How much to eat?
3 rules to sharpen your hunger and satiety signals.
Follow the 3S -
Sit - ideally on the floor or at any fixed place.
Slow - chew properly and don't rush.
Silence - no gadgets, arguments, etc., when eating. Focus all your senses on your food.
Start this with atleast 1 meal a day.

I always think diet means not be able to eat your favourite food and live like frustrated & exhausted.. but since 1 month I eat everything roti, dal, sabji, poha, upma, idli and each & every homemade food.. & the big achievement is when i start to eat slow & crossed leg and with all my senses; I enjoy every meal.. I feel that my meals are prasad of bhgwan ji.. It gives me joys.. everyday i feel the lightness .. i sleep at 10:30 & wake up at 5:30.. eating banana first thing.. loose my weight & enjoy the journey of fitness.. i follow your books "don't loose your mind, loose your weight".. Mam you are incredible.. i know you may nt read this.. but you changed my life.. I m blessed.. thank u so much Mam... Love you❤️

This series is so informative. 'sitting while eating' - I recall at villages, have seen people taking and having food at a place far in the farm while at work and ate without any disturbance, they say aankh lag jayega! Koyi agar dekhae khane kae time. Also now the maid when I give breakfast /food takes her plate to a place where no one around and eats at her own pace and doesn't like to be disturbed! She won't talk when she eats. That was taught to her and us which we forgotten. Now u learning and relearning required.

Being in US and Canada, tried many diets. I am not over weight but Just to lose 5 pounds I tried Intermittent fasting, less calories, exercises. I have been told after 60 metabolism slowdown. Nothing worked. Short term of course they did. But was always craving, looking for food. But after watching your videos since last week, back to simple habits. Eat Indian what I grew up eating , I love that anyways. Eating three meals, mindfully with three S’s. Feeling so much better and no cravings for a piece of chocolate or feeling miserable, constipated on top. Thank you. Looking forward to more videos.
