I’ve had Covid this past week, your vlogmas videos have been lifting my spirits ❤

I had my Thyroid remove over 20 years ago & take a med everyday. If I’m cold I can only warm up in a hot bath or jump in my sauna. I live in the states, next to Canada ( Michigan) where it gets well below 0 with tons of snow. My only solace is you burn more calories in the cold then the heat❄️💨🌨️⛄️🌬️

As someone who has hypothyroidism, it will take some time and tests while they get the medication dialed in for you. Sometimes you'll have the odd cold and hot moments, but stick with it because it's worth it. And I just realized that you're probably the same age I was when I was diagnosed. I feel older the Dermot now. (Be sure to check if you can have alcohol with the medication because sometimes they don't mix. Like Ciara and caffeine and sugar.)

well, holiday time is madness. The wind/cold--yikes, I could feel it through the video! Did not think it got that cold in Ireland. Hope you were able to bring home a box of donuts so Alex could share. Maybe have his coat fixed up for a prank Christmas present? Replacing the zipper should not take any time at all.

Clisare sorry that you had to go outside in the cold with a coat that didn't close properly . But I live in Minnesota and I just went to the store it's Monday 7:00 p.m. and the temperature outside was -1.6 Celsius with the wind chill minus 6.6 and it's supposed to get down to a -9.4 for the night. But we're going to have a heatwave on Thursday it's going to get up to 7.4c . I really think you should have gotten one of the pastel hats all the heat goes up to the top of your head in the winter time . Good luck staying warm .

Yes fashion is nice but in the wintertime warmth is a lot better .

Sounds a lot like Brampton Transit, Clare. You can never get on their buses or they are not in service. Very annoying.

If you get a chill it's hard to get warm. Maybe a Krispy Kreme or half dozen will warm you up.👍

Made it to Krispy Kreme did ya now, sorry had to still remembering your initial attitude at the beginning of the Try shoot. However it didn't last past the 1st bite. :) You made me glad I invested long a go in a parka that's rated -30 it gets cold here people may think I look like Nanook of the North but I don't care I'm toasty warm.

Clare, seems YT has been sending 'shorts' notifications for at least a year. They rely on 'algorithms' of your activity and probably whenever they feel like it to decide when you get notifications for them. There is no setting to turn them on or off. Annoying. Sorry you had a shiit day in town. At least Krispy Kreme saved the day. 🍩💜☃
