My mom is 11 years older than my dad. They got married when he was 20! They just celebrated 34 years yesterday. 🥰

At a certain point in your life you just have to do what makes you happy. For me personally I’m 6’1. Society thinks that just because I’m a tall woman, I should be with a tall man or I’d look better with a tall man and that’s just complete BS. What kind of person would I be if my soul mate was shorter than me and I turned him down just because we look “weird” together? I’m sorry but no. That’d be like not dating someone because of their eye or skin color. I’m so so happy for you Maya and glad you and Max have decided to be together no matter what comes your way. ❤️

My husband is 6.5 years younger than me and that was a huge hurdle for me to get over. My first husband passed away (he was 6.5 older crazy I know) and my Bestfriend told me, I would marry again and he would be younger. I told her no way, because I always loved older men! I love this couple. Its great seeing Maya so happy and free to just be herself. I just turned 30, never had a relationship, never been on a date, etc and to see her so happy makes me happy for her. I’m italian and in Italy everybody and every couple that is not white italian is weird or has some issues but Scandinavians are a different reality and they are known from us as people that see things from a different prospective Can’t wait to see you in Europe guys!!!

Regarding the age gap, you guys seem highly compatible & Max seems very mature for a 26-year-old, kind of worldly... not a typical 26-year-old here in the States who seems to enjoy just sitting around playing video games. BTW, he has got some beautiful blue eyes!

Hey Maya and Max, I just wanted to share with you something that I noticed about you Maya! Your hair is back at the state it was (length wise) when you chose to cut it a several years ago, and start anew! its like a full circle moment for you at the point where your at now with Max!

I can totally relate to the idea of dating people who looks like me. I used to be like that too until I met my husband who is a danish (a conservative country not to mention) and that changes everything.
