Max I get eczema on my eyelids. I use olive oil or beef tallow and it has really helped. You are correct, don’t use cortisone on your eyelids as they are too thin.

I suffer from eczema flare ups. Sun definitely helps. Cortisone is good for the itchiness but I’ve also found that Vitamin E oil helps it to heal a lot faster. If it’s in an area that you can wear “second skin” clear bandage (like you use on fresh tattoo) that helps protect it from getting wet & further irritated by other irritants like soap, dirt, fragrances, etc. & speeds up the healing process as well. Hope this helps 💛

It's can also say be related to allergies, now that everything's blooming and you're doing so much work around the house :) It happens to me all the time-i have atopic dermatitis. Usually a cream from the doc helps immediately. After 2 days the eczema is gone :)

I did an allergy test since i had so much eczema and no doctor helped me. Since getting to know my allergies I no longer have eczema at all. So please get to the bottom of the problem for eczema and you will live a more happy eczema free life

Happy birthday Maya! 🥳💕🎈🎉 I am dealing with the exact same issue with a very bad eczema flare up around my eyes. I recommend these 3 things which are helping to clear up my flare ups. #1- Avoid the things that trigger the flare ups. For me, it's gluten and processed sugar, so I avoid these things like the plague! #2- I apply 3 different things to the eczema around my eyes, (organic castor oil that is hexane free in a glass bottle, an eczema cream that contains colloidal oatmeal in it, I use the gold bond brand, and Vaseline/petroleum jelly). The organic castor oil is the most important thing of these 3 items I mentioned because it is extremely healing for the eczema. #3- To help heal the eczema internally, I drink goat milk colostrum together with marine collagen. The brands I use comes in powder form and I just add them to my smoothie, blend, and drink. I've been battling with this eczema flare up for about a year now, and nothing else worked for me until I started doing these things! I'm about 80% healed now. If you start doing this consistently, you will see results within days. I hope that helps and I hope it goes into remission!

Fermented chlorella pills! I have really bad flares and sometimes they can last ask long as a year. Started taking chlorella and I feel like it's way less itchy. Aloe vera has also helped but I try to not overdo it. Give it a try and pray the eczema hits the curb!

Try pure raw coconut oil! It usually does it for me! (And being very careful, you could add the tiniest drop of lavender essential oil) oh and avoid stress or being bothered by stuff 😂

Calendula salve, cannabis-infused salve or oil (depending on the legal situation) and also moringa-infused oil can help with eczema.

The ocean will be good for the rash.
