Nah, by that line of thinking, all Europeans except the Hungarians and the Basques should move back to Anatolia (present-day Turkey). Migration of peoples IS A THING. People live where they live, TODAY. Jewish people lived in Palestine along with Muslims, that was not a problem. One of the ladies murdered took Palistinians to Israel every day for medical treatment. Many of the Palistinians working in Israel provided plans of the settlements and who was usually home Saturday's. One family who was always out on the weekend had their home left untouched. Powerful and true. One small clarification though, Gold Mayer was indeed a Palestinian, as was anybody who lived under the British Mandate for Palestine, Jews, Christians, Arabs and any other citizens, would have at that time held Palestinian passports. Prior to the end of WW1 however the entire area, which also included what is now Jordan, had been under Ottoman rule, (Turkish) for about 400 years. The Turks called the area southern Syria. There never was an actual state called Palestine. The Arabs however, weren't content with getting Jordan, they wanted the entire area for themselves, and still do.

Your post is confusing. To be clear Golda Meir was not a citizen of Palestine per se, she was a citizen of the British mandate of palestine shortened to Palestinian. The passport was never going to be a BRITISH Passport so that left labeling it a Palestinian passport but even the currency read eretz Israel. The point has to be understood that there was no such thing as a Palestinian back then, just Arabs and Jews who temporarily were being called Palestinian until the jewish state was prepared to claim independence. You are right that they weren't happy with nearly 90% of the land. (Roughly 80% being given to Jordan and then nearly half of what was meant for Israel then being offered to appease the Arabs in the holy land. )

If you were Army in the early 80's what do you think of the men who were US Navy in 1967? The ones who were attacked by Israel in the Mediterranean and then their own government turned their backs on them and covered up the fact that an ally, Israel had purposefully attacked them and tried to kill them all. Their own commander in chief had recalled the help that had been sent to help them because of their mayday call because he was more concerned about Israel then he was his own service members. Help that was 15 minutes away took over 12 hours to get to them. The survivors threatened with court martial if they spoke out about it. Survivors who spent the rest of their life trying to get some kind of justice or at least acknowledgement of their gov. abandoning them.

Jews believe Jesus did not fulfill messianic prophecies that establish the criteria for the coming of the messiah. Judaism does not accept Jesus as a divine being, an intermediary between humans and God, a messiah, or holy. I listened to every word in your powerful podcast and, for what it’s worth, I stand with the Jewish community. I didn’t know the history in depth prior to the horrific events in October, but I’ve tried to educate myself since then. I cannot believe the scenes around the world in support of the Palestinian people and in turn Hamas. It shames me to see and hear the words of our first minister of Scotland speak yesterday about the Holocaust but he couldn’t even say that this atrocity was committed against the Jewish people. It was truly shocking but he does not speak for the majority of Scottish people. I cannot believe that there was not worldwide and complete condemnation of Hamas and total support for our Jewish friends, have we as a human race learned nothing. Actually, a minority of Arabs west of the Jordan River came from Jordan. A majority are Syrian (including Lebanese) and most of the rest are Egyptian. Some from Arabia (now Saudi Arabia), some from Jordan, some from Iraq, some from Sudan, some from Bosnia, Some from the Caucasus, some from Turkey, and, of course, some are descendent from Jews who converted to Islam under some degree or another of coercion, in century after century of apartheid, ethnic cleansing and genocide against the Jews in their own homeland. P.S. the Arabs and other Muslims occupying the land of Israel did not start massacaring Jews in 1929 - or even 1921. They've been doing that as long as they've been here.

She wrote that on October 10th. I was baffled. The massacre just happened, Israelis were the victims and she pretends it's the other way around. I ended that "friendship" immediately. I started to learn more about the conflict and became pro-Israel. I started to argue with others that were defending Palestinians and Hamas. Another Muslim woman I've known for quite some time shared something in her status about how "Hitl*r was right". I don't know what's wrong with these people. Anyway long story short: I'm from Germany and I stand with Israel 🇩🇪❤🇮🇱

I too, have a very close Muslim friend that I’ve known for almost 20 years. She’s not a “heavily” practicing Muslim. She celebrates Muslim holidays and such. But not long after this war started she told me on the phone one night, “ you know what my husband said? He said, maybe Hitler knew what he was doing”, and she seconded it. I was shocked by her statement and I was so mad and disgusted with her for 2 weeks. We don’t discuss the war. She mentions it briefly here and there. But I don’t get in deep with her because this could be a relationship ending thing. She is actually my best friend and it saddens and sickens me that she could even think this way. I still can’t believe that she is this delusional.

They produced the Bismark and Tirpitz, hundreds of U-boats, the best machine guns yet seen, the Tiger tank, the Me262 and the V2 rocket. They occupied and held large swathes of Europe, they sunk shipping off the US coast and all across the Atlantic, and they drove deep into Russia via several separate prongs. There were few German males of fighting age not in arms. Comparison with Gaza is highly misleading.

I couldn't even stomach watching the video past his first explanation that Arabs refused the first resolution for a state. The obvious bias hatred he has for Palestinians is so blatantly obvious. Besides that he never gives the reasons for the Arabs opposing the resolutions. He didn't point out that the split that was offered gave the Jews almost 60% of the land even though they only made up 30% of the population and only owned 6.7% of the land. Not to mention this was land the Arabs had lived on for 12 centuries and the Jews were immigrants who took advantage of the kindness that was given to them and stole land. I wouldn't expect the people commenting on her to know that because they don't even know enough to know that telling a Jew to hold on Jesus is coming goes against the Judeah belief.

I can’t say I haven’t considered moving myself and my children to Israel with the tremendous amount of not just Jew hatred, but people openly calling for the eradication of Jews, laughing at Jewish people dying at the same time they openly deny what they’re watching. They’re enjoying this, and it’s sick. My great grandparents waited too long during the holocaust, and I don’t want to wait too long so I need to figure out where the line has been crossed.

At least start so when you do make that final decision you've already got some stuff accomplished. Really though, time is moving fast and COVID showed us that people's rights of movement can be limited and airports could be closed down. The Israelis agreed to the formation of a Palestinian National Authority which was tasked with the responsibility of conducting limited Palestinian self-governance over parts of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and an indefinite probational period after which a Palestinian state may be formed. All of this was in exchange for recognizing Israel as a state which Arafat agreed to. That is the closest thing to a two-state solution that ever came to be. Israelis believe that the West Bank and Gaza are their’s by birthright ordained by God. The two-state solution talk is no more than lip service to keep Israel from being further isolated internationally, since that idea is the world consensus. The plan is to pretend like they are on board with it, but to do and say things in order to stall or derail its implementation altogether. There is a reason Bibi Netanyahu supported Hamas. He felt that if Gaza was run by Hamas and The West Bank was run by the PLO, then he could claim that negotiations aren’t possible because there is no unified Palestinian partner with which to negotiate with. He’s literally bragged to supporters about this himself.

I’m in my 50’s. I’ve been watching with puzzlement since my teens at how Israel is always presented as the bad guy in every single incident that occurs between them and Arabs. After October 7 I expected worldwide sympathy as EVERY SINGLE NATION that has suffered terrorist attacks has received. Instead, I was shocked and disgusted at the explosion of hate and fury at ISRAEL before even a day had passed, and before Israel even responded to such an atrocity!In my own country of Australia, I was horrified and humiliated at the near riotous protests on the steps of our world famous OPERA HOUSE that was lit up in Israeli colours in solidarity at the attacks. Instead of those vermin being swept into the harbour with water cannon they were excused- and an ISRAELI supporter was arrested??!! I have no idea what the solution is, or what can be done to reverse the unhinged hatred of Israel and the Jewish people, but I feel for you all, and stand with you in this dark time. The hatred and rancour I’m seeing is unfathomable and truly terrifying. Please know that not everyone is against you…..😢

The world cried out how can Israel do such a thing, even the American government spoke out against this action. Thank you for reminding us of that blessing and that curse. I'm a Filipino Christian and I thank God that our country voted for the statehood of Israel and took in Jewish refugees during those dark times in Germany. Thank you for the help and cooperation with our military. We also have dealings with Muslims thus understand the difficulty Israel has, being surrounded by them. As a Christian, I believe that you are God's chosen people and that hasn't changed through the centuries. Shalom!

The Christian's bibles are just very badly mistranslated and corrupted versions of the Torah/Tanach (The Real Word of G_d) with a lot changed including names, a whole lot added, and a whole lot taken out. Everything that G_d said not to do, Christianity did! Christianity lies! NO Hebrew/Jew was ever named Jesus, nor John, nor especially James. There is no letter J in the Hebrew alephbet nor does any of the Hebrew letters even make a J sound. Try actually reading the scriptures where G_d gave the Torah and the Commandments to Mosche and the Children/Nation of Israel on Mt. Sinai. @@terryulmer969The dilemma is that Christians appropriated the scriptures of another people and interpreted them, added to them and changed them to fit their theological ideas. A historical Jesus or Yeshua is not proven. There may have been some wandering preacher who proclaimed the coming battle between the children of light and the children of darkness. He may even have been executed, and whoever the Gospel writers were they must have seen in that person somebody special. There is no smoke without a fire. Although the expected return of that "being" never materialised, the faith took root in a world that was tired of the injustices and barbarities under the Roman rule where the emperor became a god and lived on whereas the common man simply died. Be that as it may the Tanakh served as a vehicle to propagate a new set of ethics. Christian ethics are basically Jewish ethics. The incomparable gift the Jews have given to the world is the gift of monotheism. That Christians have turned it into a Trinity is, in my eyes, unfortunate. But the "3 in 1" is already a progression from the Greco-Roman ideas of families of gods. Unless Christians drop the ideas of a trinity and of what is basically a regression into human sacrifice they believe the Creator wanted Christianity will come to an end. The theology is totally outdated and Islam is certainly not an option.

You are so right! I came to the same conclusion: All those protests are not about of love to Palestinians. These "pro-palestinians do not know anything of history of region or about developing of conflict in last 150 years; they even don't want to know anything about it. All this is about antisemitism only. It is so simple and clear for me. Frankly, I was surprised by this fact in the beginning, after 7.10, but i am more and more aware of it and sure about it now. I wish he were alive the time I was finding a rabbi to learn Torah from when I just learned of my Jewish heritage many moons ago. Upon reading his books Never Again and They Must Go, I am personally convinced he was deeply misunderstood during his time living. May his memory be a blessing.
