Get rid of hamstring tightness without stretching!

Hamstring tightness isn’t hard to resolve if you know what to do. Often just stretching the muscle doesn’t work and you need to use different tools. In this video we will show you a great myofascial release technique that you can do to release the myofascial tension points and trigger points from the muscle. These points keep the muscle tone high. Releasing these trigger points lower the tension in the muscle.
If you like to stretch your hamstrings or do yoga, you can release the muscles before stretching. This will increase the effectiveness of your mobility/ yoga-session.
