мне очень нравятся ваши тренировки! делала тренировку 30 минут на ноги, жуть болели, но мне нравится что эти упражнения качают их. так же пресс, тоже болел. в общем благодаря вам и другим тренерам я имею очень крутой рельеф❤❤ благодарю вас ❤❤❤ и вы не перестаёте удивлять новыми упражнениями, очень здорово! многие пишут откуда они, не буду исключением Россия
