    you mean the same eckhart who seems being a very close friend of oprah? you should be wealthy enough by now to perhaps turn your mind away from business towards a holistic view at life and accordingly produce content. probably you would be one of the last influencers on earth who would lose a critical word about WEF/schwab. u'd rather promote insect-burgers. right?

    Owen speaks about what feels good with flow & what emits his energy to the universe. He finds power when finding his belonging with the present. He practices self permission. He drops self shame quickly. He filters out negativity in all things, people, food, media, thoughts. His life changed during his car accident and realizing what would be left of him after death is the positive energy he gave to the world. So now he is ambitious to give all the positivity to the world he can, to see how amazing flow is in this life and the next. His Satori experience helped him realize that feeling amidst the car accident can be available in this life. He appreciates the journey & work in providing for the fruit even as he knows the fruit isn't owed to him. He receives from the universe freely, so the universe gives freely. He sees work as as spiritual work. Work for him, is bringing your soul to the next level. If your work inhibits you, design a business that lets your soul shine. If your mind is inhibiting your personality, work to meet enough people to shut the inhibition off, so your personality can shine with the flow. That's my interpretation of everything I've watched of Owen. Beautiful stuff, Owen. I appreciate you. Thx for helping me in my hard time

    The thing Ive struggled with the most is balancing the physical & spiritual worlds. I went from being stuck in the physical, to going too deep into the spiritual and neglecting the physical. I feel like now Im at the point where I am aware of both, but its so easy to contradict yourself trying to keep that balance. Its key to keep things simple and just make the "right" decisions using that cultivated spiritual/physical intelligence

    January 2024 - how to break free of the constant thinking? Identify with one consciousness. Not small me - ego - mad about past future, victimization, mad, against people, compare with others, competition, etc. this loops in mind and becomes a parasitic thing in itself - when you stop competing you win. Your energy and results, etc will increase dramatically - looking for easier ways to do things - see how you are making it harder than it has to be - apathy - ego consciousness exists in the mind as a base OS… if you don’t go to the higher level, at least you have

    Yes. The goal should always be to connect to this flow & identify with supreme consciousness. But in this world, there are many things that can disconnect you from achieving the opportunity to connect to flow in a continuous manner. Money being the biggest factor. Ego is useful in these times, knowing no one will support your vision fully besides yourself, especially when you need the drive to obtain money, will propel you to this goal of obtainment. That being said, always keep your vision on obtaining wealth used for having more time to tap into flow, without loosing the security of money, this means hustling until you’ get what you need, also until you got enough to give your people what they need to obtain flow.

  • @lucianocastillo694

    @lucianocastillo694

    Жыл бұрын

    Second Paragraph: I don’t think of ego as a parasite, but rather a separate personality consciousness that you can activate at will when the needed opportunity presents itself; (example: I’m the biggest hustler, but I’m also aiming for infinite flow, & I’ll get there no matter what. Are you the person who’s the hustler or the person In flow, well I think your everyone you can be, I’d rather be in flow, but I can’t access it without going through the pain of getting the money to be secure financially) But I do admit, without self actualization (realizing everything you think and feel), you could get trapped in one paradigm of consciousness, So goals are most important.

  • @lucianocastillo694

    I’d like to hear your take on this paradigm, it’s just a tad dif to the paradigm you’re in, but I feel there is much more I need to learn.

  • @lucianocastillo694

    @lucianocastillo694

    Жыл бұрын

    Last thought on the topic: A part of me thinks all this just boils down to where you’re getting your dopamine from. I think the hustler mindset is useful for a time, especially people in my situation. I think a more practical understanding of dopamine drive towards feeling validated is needed in everyone that has a goal in mind. (Ex: I feel drive off negative/positive emotions) Goal is to feel drive off things that bring you no downside in return. But the flow state is in everything that gives you drive. The thing that blocks flow is the effect of uncertainty of an outcome, you get better through ego, you try & try again until you get good at something, & that something puts you into flow for longer periods of time.

  • @lucianocastillo694

    @lucianocastillo694

    My personal perspective/experience: Money can take you out of flow as the lack of it can hinder any growth. I’m an artist & I’m getting so good at making music, but I won’t sign to a label because while I’m in flow when they loan me 1M, I’ll be out of flow when I have to pay the 1M back & loose all my royalties. Practical sense of domaine. So the only viable option for me is to become stable financially, then make the money I need to invest into music. I haven’t gone to college, but I know how to make money through e-commerce (made myself pretty skilled learning through flow). Saving money to invest but, Boom some things happen financially that limit my ability to invest. I ask people around to invest, no one will help. That won’t take me out of positive flow for long is what I think, I go out & get the money I need to pay off the things I need. I will keep working knowing that soon I’ll make the money i need to invest in advertisement, that advertisement, giving me the money to invest into making music as long as I want to everyday. For now while I save, I learned organic TikTok traffic, so I’ll be implementing that. Goals. Act. Try again. Trust.

    I understand why Owen talks so much about Tolle. You might need to hit rock bottom to let go of ego. Which was the case for me. There is a movie Sweet November, Keanu plays a rich, young Don Draper type who crashes down emotionally/spiritually by getting fired. He meets Sarah played by Charlize Theron. She helps him connect back to presence. It is funny because in Mad Men, Don Draper eventually seeks having peace and presence at the end and lets lots of his ego go.

    I always hated movies like that, how a feminine beauty will help save you, such horse shit lol. Hi Owen! Great video, I am testing and applying the stuff you taught in this video and its incredibly useful for working a lot and just having what feels like multiple times more energy and more smooth social skills etc. I wanted to say that using the term "parasite" can cause an accidental demonization of the ego/biological addictive functions of the brain, especially for people who are not tapped in and more affected by being trapped in their head. I am saying this as a feedback, just a small nit pick but certainly I understand and am experiencing what you're saying. Maybe there is something I don't know? I can see how it functions like a parasite though like how it makes/"hijacks" the host to have certain thoughts and motivations towards a direction that gets dopamine/ego spikes. The point is, before I started to think for myself and be able to scrutinize, and before I got more "tapped in" I used to have lots of neuroticism from the dogmatic terminologies used in spirituality and self development because of the implicit meanings of the verbiage. It felt kind of like a "the more smart you are the more you overthink" kind of scenario, just saying. But great video I really do believe this is one of the next paradigms and using it to crush it at execution far better than the previous paradigm and open time to follow my heart is incredible.

    Do you primarily identify as the "small me", body, ego, opposition, fear, or as the unified life force that animates everyone? Identifying with your core essence, means you are identifying with the whole - not needing to be special, the biggest victim, hustler, winner. Going all-in on egolessness is bad, but identifying with that life force is good. In truth, the body and ego are indicator lights. They put an eye to the separate. Does it inform, or does it irrationally crash you into a wall? The body/etc isn't evil, it just shouldn't be the thing in charge. Have one foot in the physical divided, and another in the spiritual. You're reliant on the success emotionally, realize you can't see well, and then you can upgrade to a newer paradigm where you merge into the world, success is easier, it all is much less strenuous. This gives you back a huge amount of mental capital - from feeling victimized, opposition, frustration from lack of control, fear, attacking yourself. All being wasted with excessive ego identification. The waterfall, other people, the leaf, the cloud, the ground, the connection with others gives you energy. You don't need it to be better, you just love the joy of the dance and your desire to add value gives you access to better people. Following what I say, you get euphoric energy which will propel you to incredible skill and brilliance. By being connected, he can throw a harder punch, meet effortlessly, make creative business ideas, you feel so good you are totally unaffected. You become the best without caring about being the best - and you want others to become as well. You aren't wasting your energy, and that's why you become the best. My entire life I was building a character that wasn't me, the more that character was being loved, it was building an ego, starving true self-esteem. Wher am I going? What is motivating me? What do I want my career to be? Everything needs to now be reconsidered. It's not about the cancerous, overbearing ego anymore. --- Take that which works, discard what doesn't, and find something your own; don't get egoistically attached. This energy is the most universal thing of man - you just need to access it.
