I just watched the whole video and have to say it was brilliant. And it's some of the most important work being done in the world today without doubt. Concepts like presence, awareness and non identification with mind (which I learned from Eckhart, Mooji etc and were crucial for me) can be abstract and tricky to articulate, but you did so in a very nuanced yet pragmatic way that is rare to see. This is far more powerful than the generic, often money/success driven self help stuff out there that can lead people down problematic paths. Thanks.

Like seriously, this is such a great summary on such a broad topic with relatable scenarios and simple steps to push people in the right direction. I came across one of your KZread shorts a month ago and since then I’ve ended up watching lots of yours and the balding ginger’s content 😅. I've watched it twice and it really resonates with me. Your mix of practical and spiritual approach around the concept of presence beats everyone else's. Sometimes, I believe Tyler and you have been 2 of the few people to have gotten out of a depression so complex and dense wherefrom it's almost impossible to get out and not kill yourself, a form of depression where every negative action triggers and creates every other aversion, and this domino effect gets to a point that it's impossible for you to get out. Again, I feel you're 2 of the veryyy few who stumbled at all these deep routed pain points first-hand and had to have unraveled every single layer of all this to be able to articulate this problem so precisely to a paradigm my level, which neither Eckhart or anyone in the present moment biz could get to me. I had to watch it twice because it is so hard for me to wrap my mind around all this as a whole. And like Tyler said, ironically, the more stuck you are, the more you need to hear this. Had to watch it at .75 speed the 2nd time though. Zoned out quite a lot of times myself, but thankfully, I have the awareness of what needs to be done. I'm scared because I've tried and failed so many times, but thankfully, you were able to get through it all. Thank you Tyler and Julien.❤️ Been watching your Content for years, and I love you guys.

It’s useful to ‘just feel it’ at first, but then your mind will start to conjure it up again and again to ‘just feel it’. The way out of that is to ‘let go’ into consciousness itself. That way if the feeling is still there, it’s more incidental rather than a product of your mind. Then it starts to fade.

Don't try to escape the chaos of the world so you can easily be present, and meditative. If one can stay centered even in an eyeless storm, chaos, war ect... that is it. I know it sounds nonsensical, but imagine if you hold your hand in fire -> If you resist then your hand burns, but if you don't resist and your hand is in the fire... it won't burn. It makes no sense if you aproach from the POV of the mind. I wrote this sht for myself, but thought maybe is useful for others. The world beyond the mind is contradictory, so please do not try to understand it by the mind.

Maybe you've convinced yourself that you have an image to live up to, and you're scared that you won't be liked as much if you decide to step back and make positive changes, or that you might not like who you will be if you start self improvement.

The fact that it’s triggering you could be a sign you’re getting too attached. But in terms of technique: - If she’s indicating some guy in front of you say something like: “Agreed” or “Can’t argue with that, he’s very sexy,” then say whatever you want after that. - If she’s describing some guy she met or knows from somewhere, say: “Damn, wow, I’m starting to want his number now.” Then, again, throw in whatever topic you want.

Do a dopamine detox. Give your phone for 1 week to some family member, so you can't have to access it or delete social media. I will say the truth I did it it was amazing and hard. Watch the movie,, Social Dilemma''. And know that you are the product. Social media is made to be addictive, so you can waste time and get old, and realizes that you wasted a lot of time. Ok let's make thing clear First, there is a positive side of social media, you can learn thing which you can't get anywhere, you are connected to your friends, and it's cool sometimes to watch funny videos. Here is the catch on the negative side. Know that social media is designed to be addicted it's like addictive like drugs, masturbation, alcohol, sugar. You must regulate how you use the time I don't say it's not good sometimes to watch but you have time you spend on yourself. Because you wasted this time and didn't do anything is not bad but wasted. Imagine for a day you spend 4 hours ok, ok imagine how much for a week is it this. 24 hours you can put in some art, or improving at something. That time for a guy who is pursuing something it's very useful. If you don't know what you love to do. Try to do dopamine detox and go try new things, so you can know what you love doing. And don't worry about the dopamine detox if you fail, in the day you failed you can go back to it on the same day or wasted time. It's really your choice.
