So glad you made this video. I just took three pages of notes from this one video. This has been a major issue for me and how you unpacked each of those three points is really helpful , especially the image of drowning an acorn because we get so invested in the awesome oak tree it could be someday, but never has a chance to because it gets flooded!!!. Ayayay!

This is great and spot on. I am caught:) Sarcity is definitely the mindset I have on romantic side and now I am aware but I find it easier to change on any other aspects of my life and harder on romantic part. The moment I think I am abundant I am at a test :)))

Mat, what do you do when he comes on as "Pre" attached. When they pressure you to say "I Love You!", but you're not quite there. I've tried saying that I loved him, but wasn't "IN LOVE" with him.
