This is the first workout with you, absolutely brilliant. I am 49. I’ve worked out all my adult life weights running yoga now perimenopause and haven’t exercise for months due to muscle pains and stiffness. This was my first cardio workout. It’s got me sweating and it’s brilliant. Will definitely be doing it three times a week to get my fitness back up and then start on the weights again.

Day 01: waist - 31.5 inches🥵 Day 02 : waist - 31.4 inches Day 03 : waist - nearly 31 inches.. (this workout + love handles) Day 04 : waist - 31.1 inches Day 05/06/07/08 - i am suffering from fever 😢😢

DAY 1 : completed✅ I was really exhausted as I had completed one previous vid of you followed up by this one, so completed this till 17:28 DAY-2 : completed ✅ Sweating like anything 😩 can't move my body Day-3 : completed ✅ Super duper exhausted 😩 I am not used to this till now but maintaining my consistency

Day 1 completed today! It was a bit hard at times (reverse lunges I'm coming for you!) and required a lot of coordination... which I'm not, however I will try to do it every day I'm off. Sadly I work 12hrs shifts so those days I won't be able to do it. Thank you. It was fun! ❤

Will keep a track on my progress💫❤ Day 1: It was tiring..and on the very first day only I sweated a lot Day 2: It was less tiring than the very first day...though my thighs were paining but still i did!!! Day 3: Due to previous day workout my thighs were still paining.....but today it was not at all tiring... Day:4 did my workout for only 13 min still I'm sweating a lot...was not able to finish the whole workout as I was tired...

Trying this work out before my graduation day My progress : Day 1 ✅ ( i feel bit sore around my legs ) Day 2 ✅ ( did it even though my legs hurt ) Day 3 ❌ ( i couldn't even walk) Day 4 ✅
