Hi guys!!
This is dumbbell upper body workout to get toned back, arms shoulders and abs.
It's include warm-up and cool-down stretching,
so you can complete whole upper body sequence with it.
I'm using 2kg X 2 dumbbells in the video.
You can choose the weight that you feel comfortable.

Love this routine. I don't have enough strength for upper body so I use a pair of 8lbs for upper and 10lbs for lower part. Please make more of this type of exercise. Since I have back issues, I need to strengh my little oler body for my physical work.

운동하기 싫어도 일단 플레이 하면 끝까지 운동하게 되네요. 요새 유튜브 한다고 핸폰을 자주 들여다 보니 어깨 목이 뻐근한데 이 운동도 도움이 되는 것 같아요 꾸준히 해봐야겠습니다^^

일년전엔 1키로짜리 덤벨, 지금은 1.5키로짜리로 해요~ 오늘 새운동 너무 좋아요~당분간 상체는 이녀석으로 쭉 할께요. 종일 앉아서 일하던 어깨가 풀어진 느낌! 👍
