German no-bake dessert in 5 minutes! No added sugar. No white flour. I share my German grandmother's recipe. A delicious berry cheesecake that everyone will love.
Ingredients:
150 g almond flour.
40 grams of butter.
1 tablespoon sugar substitute (erythritol powder).
250 grams of strawberries.
Juice of 1 small lemon.
18 g instant gelatine.
50ml of water.
1 tablespoon sugar substitute (erythritol powder).
160 ml cream 33% fat.
370 g mascarpone or cream cheese.
1 tablespoon sugar substitute (erythritol powder).
A pinch of vanilla.

This looks like a delicious cake. I would have to use maple syrup or honey instead of erythritol though because I'm sensitive to alternative sweeteners. But I'm sure that both would work fine. I will have to try making it and see what turns out. Thank you for sharing. The cake is very pretty too. I love strawberry anything. It's a good flavour.

@@ChrisM-tn3hx Oh okay. Well. I'm sure there are plenty of other recipes that I can try which don't use alternative sweeteners. I would have to 'cheat' a bit to be able to make and eat this otherwise.

Despite the funny name, ethyritrol is a natural sweetener, similar to Stevia.

Have you looked into erythritol or tried it? Genuinely curious since it's quite different from other sweeteners. It's worth researching since it's quite different from most other sweeteners
