@@rakshitapadmajitweerakkody8350 George looked up to many people and wasn't afraid to show it. He didn't have the kind of ego problem many have. PS. Since this song was originally written for Ringo, you can't really know if that line you're pointing was there already.
George’s son was attending Brown University in Providence Rhode Island. On my way to work I stopped to get a coffee in a small shop there. As I walked in I saw George sitting in a booth with another person. I wanted to go over and thank him for the great music and memories. I restrained myself to respect his privacy but on my way out our eyes locked George smiled and nodded to me. It’s a cherished memory that I will never forget. George Harrison was a beautiful spirit and a great musician. It’s sad that he suffered so much being attacked by a madman while recovering from cancer. Love you John and George RIP!

Our George live somewhere in better place, singing What is life! 🏴
A beautiful tribute... Must have been so hard for George to write. RIP to these two powerhouses of music.

He wrote this to give Ringo but changed the lyrics when John was murdered. Still must have been wrenching.
This song has always brought a tear to my eye. John was treated like trash, and taken from us way too soon. George loved him like a brother, and it shows in this song. I cant imagine the pain of having lost a loved one that way.

What can we say about the Genius George Harrison? R.I.P The world will never forgot you
Just heard on car radio...came here to listen again!! 2024
''They've forgotten all about God, He's the only reason we exist'' is all the more true each day.
Life was so uncomerical and just steady going . U work hard and live harder. U raise your family with one important fact. " We are family we are one , we are stronger because we love as one . Never go outside of family to find LOVE . U ARE LOVED BY ALL THE FAMILY SO NO NEED TO LOOK FURTHER. AND GOD HAS BLESSED THIS FAMILY SO GIVE ALL THANKS FOR HIS GRACE AND BE SURE HE AS OUR FATHER HAS YOUR HEART IN HIS HANDS. I TEACH ALL MY FAMILY THIS AND WE ARE THE MOST BELOVED FAMILY .
One of my favorite songs . We miss you and John
