    I listened to this for the first time the other week and I felt so peaceful and then BOOM. started balling my eyes out. My other half was consoling me, I felt like I was grieving. But I knew it was needed. They say tears help release cortisol and high cortisol levels is linked with stress which can affect the gut..so makes sense! Gunna give it another listen since I know I'm still not properly healed yet and have residual anxiety. Thank you for an amazing guided meditation.

    This appears to work. I feel I can get up and shower now to go to a clinic for help. Have no clue what is causing the pain but it's been a month and getting worse. Waiting on Obamacare but can wait no more. Thank you. I subscribed and saved this.

    @@FernandoRamirez-ok4po I was diagnosed by my GI Dr. they did a breath test that came up positive for methane. I was on 2 different antibiotics for almost a month and felt much better, but my symptoms returned. Stomach pain and gas, burping, cramps, and gas pain. I am currently on a low Fodmap diet. Avoid sugars, carbs, and fiber.

    This meditation starts out with seeing someone you love. Well theres noone left. I dont know if anyone knows how that feels. Isolation brought on by chronic severe depression and anxiety, stomach issues, severe migraines all not helped despite trying so many things. After a while you just dont want to burden people then you feel socially awkward then just plain scared all the time because this is so out of synch with a healthy life. The insanity that our world keeps moving towards doesnt help.

    Visualize great things, turn yourself into a person that is happy, healthy and confident and then go out.     I used the ‘rest and digest’ meditation for a year because I was so ill with Covid since the beginning of lockdown. It really helped so much with the anxiety caused by not being able to breathe, loneliness caused by being alone and locked indoors for months on end. A couple of times, I thought I was better and stopped bothering, then symptoms came back very gradually over the course of 10 days and I had to get back on the programme again. In my experience, it takes my mind two full weeks to get control of my brain (a very knee-jerk reactive organ : D) so I just decided that my health needs me to practice every day for life. I’ve recently discovered this meditation and am finding it really helpful to move on to. Thank you so much - my stomach cramps are much less troublesome and this meditation is lovely. You have a message that says, buy me a cup of coffee, but doesn’t say how. Please can you let me know how. Thanks x

    Thank you so much for what you do. I often listen to "Guided Sleep Meditation for Digestive Health" and it has helped a ton. I rarely stay awake till the end and even if I do, I'm already half asleep. I've just started using this recently when I want a short session. However, I'm not sure if you know this... there's an ad at the end of this video and I've been shocked by it a couple times. I'm wondering if it's possible for you to remove the ad at the back?     Thanks for letting me know. As soon as I read your comment, I removed the ad at the end. For the shorter meditations I generally have an ad at the beginning and the end. Whereas for the sleep meditations I only have an ad at the beginning. But I don't want it to get in the way of the calming experience.

    Wonderfully helpful meditation except I think the solar plexus is behind not inside the stomach - was v distracting/worrying to think of it in the wrong place! And I don't think its nerves connect to lungs. Please check anatomical accuracy or just leave out these references. Your other meditations that I've used are so supportive and helpful - really beneficial - thank you

    The solar Plexus is actually located behind the Aorta. Some people use the word 'stomach' to mean the whole abdomen and that is how I interpreted it. This is an Irish thing and possibly an English thing too as our cultures are similar in so many ways.
