Thank you so much for this incredible sequence, I think this was my favourite one yet! Especially loved the bear cub and winter rabbit poses, such a beautiful way to hold warmth and space inside ourselves, protecting our sacred heart space. You are a treasure!

Yes! The Eagle moon is another name for this one! There were many names I had to omit bc the list was just too long. More to talk about next time. That’s amazing that you’ve been seeing eagles. They are one of my favorite symbolic beings. 🦅

Last night in the UK, there was an incredibly bright, silvery new moon, so bright I thought I’d left the outside light on. Then this morning, there was your beautiful class and a lovely story about the moon with amazing images. I really look forward to following your next class, whenever I see a full moon. Fab music as well. Thank you, you’re a star and moon goddess too.

I have scoured the internet for full moon yoga videos and when I came upon your channel a few months ago I haven’t looked further since. Your sessions are so relaxing and I love the informative piece you include in the beginning of each video. The spiritual aspect of your channel alongside the focus on nature and her seasons is something I haven’t found before, and was desperately looking for haha! I was in the same boat tbh… i was looking for yoga that included all those elements and when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, friends of mine just told me to do it! And here I am! So grateful for the sisters (and my fam) that saw the possibilities and gave me all the unconditional support a gal could ask for. It's been such an enriching journey to dive into these topics and then share/discuss with folks here. Then I get to make connections with people like you… it's all a dream come true. Oooo what a journey you're about to begin! Where are you training? I would love to hear all about it (not kidding - share as much as you want lol). My practice has evolved so much since I trained 10 years ago, but I carry so much of the wisdom with me. It is a great experience and I hope you're enjoying so far. My fellow trainees are now life-long friends. You really meet so many folks in YTT that you might not otherwise. So amazing. Thank you for being here!

As I was running the video back a little (cat interruption :)) I noticed that some of the poses had your signature names & I would LOVE it if you would include the names in your presentation of the pose as it really adds to the practice for me...I can meditate on how the archetype fits into my life at this point in time. It's one of the things that really sets your yoga apart from others & it does not go unnoticed, even if we don't always mention it. Thank you for being so amazing! Loved the practice!
