I keep getting the “h20 supply” error.. water pressure is good. Hoses are good. I run through all these tests and no errors.. do you know what it could be?!? Very frustrating

Once your machine passes the test with no issues why do I still get the error codes on the machine?

I ran test 3, and the display flashes 1. Then, when I press the play button, it flashes 15.

How do you know if the washer fails the test? Also what best do you run to see if your inlet valve is leaking?

Mine doesnt seem to start diagnostic mode at all. Even when I hold 10 seconds or I hold and move 6 or 8. It doesnt go into diagnostic mode but turns it on and goes into turning between wash modes.

It appears that the hall effect sensor on this model(gfw850) is directly on the motor opposite the drive belt. You can access it with the front panel removed. There is a spring cover. It does not appear that the hall effect sensor can be serviced and a failure of the sensor requires a replacement of the motor. It's likely that the invertor board is the source of failure in the case of spin failure where the machine does not detect rotation and will not continue to spin cycle.

My GFW510SCN0WW washer is showing error code 3. When we ran the test 14. It would only spin for 5 to 8 seconds. Would that be a hall sensor issue? And would the hall sensor and the accelerator meter be the same thing? That is the part we replaces but I'm still having the same issue. Error 3.

@@ashleysalazar934 I replaced the inverter board which fixed it. It's in the lower left. It might be easiest to replace through the bottom if that's an option for you.

I have models purchased in 2020 and it is definitely 6 clicks with holding start button rather than 8 to get into diagnostic mode. Thought my control panel was broken as I couldn’t get it to work with 8. Luckily I have 2 machines I was able to test on and kept trying different click combinations on the working machine. Everything else is the same though!

I appreciate you posting this; it's bound to be useful to others. Just a note, it took me 8 clicks to get it working. According to the Service Manual, the correct procedure is to "PRESS AND HOLD THE START PAD WHILE ROTATING THE CYCLE SELECTION KNOB 180 DEGREES." Nonetheless, I'm grateful for your input. Hope you have a great day!

@@onlineappliancetechMine was six as well. There are 12 selections in the dial so 180 degrees would be six cycles. Sometimes it feels like there are two clicks to get to a cycle. Maybe that’s why you noted 8 clicks.
