How do they know the package James was carrying to his car in the security cam footage (which we haven’t seen) was the missing BCM lower. Did they ask James what package he was carrying? How do they know the package he was leaving with wasn’t just a shirt or something? Do you guys have some prototype 32k security cameras that can see the shipping label as he was carrying it? Is it atypical for James, the shipping manager to leave the building with packages to ship (firearms or otherwise)? And why is it the day you guys called the cops the UPS guy shows up with the missing package? That’s a hell of a coincidence. Is it possible someone else messed up and James took the fall for it? What we do have is footage of the package being found in the office. We don’t have footage of the UPS driver. Why not? You have security cameras after all. Why didn't you guys talk to James before having him arrested? You had 22 days to ask James what was in the package and it doesn’t seem like you did. There’s bodycam footage of you guys saying you didn’t talk to him. Not to mention it was found within the day of James being arrested. Why'd you turn comments off for so long? It’s one thing not replying to comments under a lawyers recommendation, but turning them off because you can’t handle the criticism is something else entirely. Why'd you fire James after he was proven innocent? And most importantly, why have you still not apologized for putting an innocent man in handcuffs and leg irons.

Well, in talking to people that own FFL‘s and do a lot of shipping, sometimes specific things like the numbers may get mixed up or backwards, or somebody may take something that was supposed to ship UPS to FedEx, and obviously if that package isn’t one of their packages, it can get kicked around in certain facilities until somebody finally grabs it and says this isn’t our package and then returns it to the sender. Shit like this happens all the time.what they did about it, is what separates them from everybody else who knows what the fuck they’re doing. These guys are clowns.

Who told uniformed clowns to arrest the gentleman? To the owner: at the end of the day your company will be paying the gentleman so much cash that he will need an armored truck to haul it. If I remember right it was a UPS package that was accidentally dropped off at a FedEx, so it was returned to sender

I will say this, as much as I am not a fan of GBRS, now being an FFL, and dealing with FedEx is an absolute nightmare. You can miss one shipment from them, and on a return visit they will not allow you to come pick it up from their distributor centeror try to come pick it up despite having issues with receiving

I'm going to share a true story with you all.. When I was in the (State Emergency Services) since November of 1995. Here in Australia. Is that when I put on those Orange Overalls.. Not matter what colour or nationality you were? You were just one colour. Because our job is to help whoever no matter what their colour or nationality is. It's easy being racist, but hard being coloured. And as an, Officer son. It was enough for just them to look down on me. We all have rough edges? But it takes others to help smooth those edges out so we can become more humble.

How many times has something happened and everyone jumped the gun, no pun intended, and condemned whoever only to find out later when the evidence was released that the condemnation was premature and the person(s) were innocent. I hope the full truth and evidence does come out, and once it does i hope all of you keyboard warriors who have prematurely called these men racist, should be sued, and otherwise, will have the stones to stand up and say “I was wrong, and im sorry”.

Honestly, my theory is the guy made a genuine mistake and never shipped the lower for one reason or another. The FFL calls and says we never got the package and he realizes his mistake but thought he would get punished for it so he tried to run out and ship it really quick (why he is seen leaving with it).

@ljsavmech Are you dumb? They scanned it OUT of their building as shipped but UPS failed to scan it. Rather than thinking they might have a bad shipping label they just found the nearest black guy to accuse.

The missing 22 days sounds even worse. Just so happens on the 22nd day they call the cops (who the responding officer is a close friend) and they question the guy, arrest him and then the package shows up Yeah, that doesn't happen. And also relax dj, it was the cia that found ubl. not dev

I’m with you. I generally try to live by, “not racist until proven racist”. It’s a tough thing to prove and I’m not willing to definitively label them racist. It is suspect for sure though. What is 100% certain is these dudes are s**t bags. People forget there are worse things for a person to be than racist.

It dilutes the seriousness when it is tossed around due to “feelings”. I don’t think a black woman would be third ranked in the company if they were racist. In my youth I was a black militant racist there is no way I would have hired a white person as third ranked in my company. Also if they were racist they would not hire a black man for shipping and replace with another black man. It just doesn’t add up. Now are they assholes for not talking to him and trying to determine what happened? Perhaps.
