Patrick Bateman

Patrick Bateman

I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st Street, on the 11th floor.
My name is Patrick Bateman.
I'm 27 years old.
I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine.
In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches.
I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the icepack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser.
Then a honey-almond bodyscrub.
And on the face, an exfoliating gel-scrub.
Then I apply an herb mint facial masque,
which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.

There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman.
Some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me.
Only an entity-- something illusory.
And though I can hide my cold gaze...
and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours...
and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable,
I simply am not there.

You have not been falsely accused and arrested clearly. The lack of a tracking number happens in UPS custody all the time. If you did qny degree of shipping, you would know this. UPS loses packages too. Tracking info is often inaccurate. They don't scan the packqges all the time for any number of reasons. You talk about loyalty, team, and integrity, but you dont live it. You had me drinking rhe Kool aaid. were guick to judge, and you will and should pay and hopefully pay for it. Prejudice.and poor jidgement. After what you did to Slayderaider I am done. Not really. They're being dishonest. Here's what happened: - They fired the innocent guy because the manager who handled it all, also a veteran, was embarrassed. Huge mistake. They should've apologized 10 times and bought him something nice or given him a raise. OR apologized and laid him off so he could get unemployment. Not doing either is the biggest mistake they made. Own the mistake fast and do the right thing. Extreme ownership? Lol. Not there. - Dude left the package at FedEx but it had UPS labels. Shipper services come at scheduled times in the day. They had already come which is why he took it to FedEx himself. Getting the shipper wrong is apparently common/inevitable in these businesses. - FedEx had previously called and left a message saying, hey we have your UPS package here. The manager probably had it on one of his stickies and then said oh sh*t after James got arrested. Then he called them and they brought it back over, probably as part of their regular pickup stop. Or they volunteered because people turn into fellating machines around these guys. That's your answer to why it showed up so fast after he was arrested. - Again, they are covering for the incompetence of the manager who reported this whole thing (the guy we see in the cam video). And DJ is showing his ongoing struggles with ethics and decency. Here's the thing: being in ST6 or taking pills doesn't automatically make you a huge pr*ck. The fact that Shipley still doesn't talk to Sr (or that he ever cut him off) is evidence of an ongoing personality disorder. Those don't magically go away. Senior isn't a perfect man, but he's a good dude and it's incredibly f*cked up to cut off your father. You know who else does that? Blue haired trannies and far left activists. Jr probably has some variety of NPD. I am of course embarrassed I spent any time on this at all. Shameful.

I can try to explain the racist thing to you. I am a caucasian male who served in a combat MOS for 14 years until I was injured (82nd Airborne 'ALL THE WAY'). I started shaving my head in 2000 to save money on haircuts and continued to do so ever since. After 14 years of service and being injured overseas and medically discharged, I worked for SHAW Carpet in GA. One of my Hispanic colleagues accused me of being racist because I shaved my head, was consistently tough on them, and "always looked mean or angry." After the fourth complaint, two HR women (one Hispanic and one white) called me into the office and asked why I was having issues with a particular employee. I tried to explain that the employee in question was frequently late for their shift, spread rumors about me, talked back when confronted about lateness, and displayed a disrespectful attitude. Despite my efforts to foster a positive working relationship, the employee continued to behave in this manner. The Hispanic HR woman then asked me directly, “Are you a skinhead, or do you hate Hispanics?”?” I responded to her by saying, “Before you believe employees who call every country boy or white man a racist just because they look mean or mad, you should consider if there's any truth to the allegations. Maybe you should check their Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram accounts to see if there’s any evidence, ask how the employee was being racist, or ask other employees about their behavior.” Then I jokingly added, “You caught me! I'm the number 1 worst racist in Georgia. I'm doomed! I always tried hard to live up to my heritage as a southern democrat man.” As pulling my phone out and bringing pictures up…in Spanish, I said, “Look, I’m so bad at being a racist that I married a dang Hispanic!!! Can you believe that crap?” Continuing in English, “For 22 years, I've been living a double life. I'm relieved that it's finally over. My wife's last name is Serbantez. She is a first-generation Hispanic American who spent significant money to come to America legally and appropriately. We have two Hispanic kids that stay in the backyard practicing all day, jumping fences, drinking tequila, and building a taco cart, and our kids are only 7 and 12 AND LEGAL! I did not lose my job, but that's when I realized that civilians may not appreciate humor like military personnel do. You got to ignore it, man. You’ll never convince those types of people; even if you marry a Hispanic or black woman, there will still be some dumbass saying it. The only thing that came of my meeting with SHAW HR is that everyone knew within minutes that I could speak and understand Spanish

77gr are great for certain applications. My 20in SPR build uses 77gr OTMs, (Essentially a MK262 Mod 0 clone bullet) Since AAC had them on sale at only $10.99/box ive got almost 6k of them now. I love them. they are great on soft targets and more precise shots at extended ranges for sure. BUT... My main squeeze general purpose rifle is a 14.5 Geissele rifle using 62gr BONDED SOFT POINTS. In my opinion, a superior choice for a general purpose duty load for urban environments. By far. In an urban environment i will take a 1.5 MOA bonded barrier blind bullet EVERY TIME vs a 1MOA OTM thats gonna break apart and fail to get me reliable penetration through intermediate barriers by breaking apart and/or deflecting and having worse performance on target IF it even gets to the target... People hide behind shit when fighting in a city. Its a really important consideration. The ability to RELIABLY defeat those barriers while still having reliable expansion, deep penetration, high weight retention and minimal deflection while STILL having outstanding terminal ballistics on target can't be overstated. YMMV but I'll take Bonded barrier blind bullets every day. But I definitely use 77s a lot and for certain applications it's certainly a great option. It's just not AS good in EVERY application Something like a 70gr Barnes load is also a very good option that kind of bridges the gap, a good heavy bullet with good BC, deep penetration and expansion and is pretty good against barriers, they just tend to shear petals off and lose some weight and have a bit more deflection through certain stuff like tempered auto glass, but it's a very good middle ground in a lot of ways. BUT They also have a higher velocity threshold for reliable expansion so altho they are heavy for caliber and have good BC, at extended ranges as the bullet slows down you start getting less and less reliable expansion depending on range and barrel length. You'll get reliable expansion from a Bonded Soft point at a few hundred FPS lower speeds vs a solid copper option in my experience. But the same can also be said for 77s as well with their fragmentation. Just something to consider. It's part of the reason I don't go below 14.5 for my 556 guns.

The CEO and manager or whoever it was accused the former employee( the victim) of stealing the item and since the police were great friends with them, they took it by their word, arrested the former employee with no evidence and such. Hours later, boom, the item suddenly reappears. They let the former employee go, and the officer, who's best friends with the manager or ceo, knew that the situation they created is a major lawsuit and a lot of legal problems. The officer told the employer " he would document the heck out of that report." Ensuring that there will be no repercussions or no consequence to the employer or the police of how terribly they handled the situation.
