Gauge 1 Percy Replica Model | Body Construction Part 1 (5th Anniversary Special)
Ойын-сауық
It's that time of the year again! In this video, I start building Percy's body shell based on the 3D model made in TinkerCAD.
Thank you all so much for your continued support throughout the past five years. I honestly didn't think I'd get this far with these models, and it's been an absolute blast sharing them with the TTTE Community.
Special thanks to The Tuggster Intensifies for the face commissions!

He's...ALIVE!!!! I can't wait to see the rest of his body in Part 2 of the body construction along with his eye mechanism. He'll turn out beautifully in the end.

@@Enginefan020, I’m currently developing a Percy replica right now. I just need some materials. I’ll buy the materials tomorrow. Also, do you recommend Perspex or Plastic Plysterine?
@Enginefan020
3 жыл бұрын
@@amentheaiengine5166 I recommend using Perspex as I hear it's more rigid and less likely to warp than styrene :)
One thing on your older thomas model is the faceplate would wobble and I think it was because of the animatronic system rubbing on the clay so your new plastic faces won't cause as much friction but a good Idea would be to create something to hold the face on

Bang-up, Bang-up, BANG-UP! Next things on the list: 1. Building the whole boiler. 2. Fitting the lamp irons. 3. Paint the whole model. 4. Paint the face. 5. Buy or sculpt more faces. 6. Build the Eye Mech. And then I'll say, DOUBLE BANG-UP!
