I used Google Translate to understand your comment and I died reading "etxean egitea nahiko erraza da = it's pretty easy to make at home." Because every time I've tried making gateau basque it's been a disaster. I much prefer to buy my gateaux basques from someone who knows what they're doing. Your mother must be a talented baker
