great review my friend, I have one, you spoke about the weight, very simple, order a garrett 5x8dd coil, thats i use on my mine with the zlynk, i also have an at pro,but i enjoy using my 400, just agreat machine, goes very deep, ive enjoyed mine since they came out

My wife got me this model years ago for my birthday. It's alot of fun, we are actually planning on going out today! I'm here watching a refresher video because it's been awhile since I used it 😊

Update is the unit works great, I take it out once a month to the beach and constantly find things. Best so far have been a knife and a gold ring aside from hundreds of coins. Not one single problem with it either.

The ring you said was silver is really white gold. A silver ring will have a high tone and be in the silver range.

I just found one at a bargin hunt store here in Tn for 12 dollars! New in box never opened with a 100 dollar plus z-lynk wireless headphone system. I got lucky as hell! I never have luck like that! I had to sale my old ace 250 about 8 years ago going though a nasty divorce and never thought i would ever have the spare money to buy another good metal detector again. I think someone messed up or didnt care when they priced it at the store.

ON BLAST WITH MG, You are correct. He loves his detector. We went to our community park for a bit today. We were only out there for about 20 minutes and found 2 coins. Nothing old but it was fun. We had to leave because it started to rain. We’ll get it out again. Maybe to the beach if the weather holds out.

💥I appreciate this video from you. I thought that the audible tone was different for each type of item it detects. They all sounded the same.

Found a 14k diamond ring on the beach with mine.. ai also found a 14k white gold wedding band with my cheap 20 year old bounty hunter quick silver on the beach.

Hey sometimes give you 45 -50 signal And many times is only aluminum pulltabs . Good luck to all the metal detectors hunters.

I just to my Garrett 400 out into my backyard today for the first time and it was beeping like crazy, all different tones, even though i put the mode on coins and turned down the sensitivie on detector. I don't understand this detector. I thought usually a detector would beep only when you find a coin when on coin mode, so what's all the other beeping from? I'm stumped. Help me someone, please. I did read the manual and still having a problem.

Keep fiddling with it, you can't eliminate all the noise but you can bet it improved.

We are being shafted in the UK.. 400i here is the best part of £500.

I can't handle this current inflation.

I have never detected in black sand, assuming volcanic, but I don't think it would have any issues.

You will be able to get a good range of depth. Up to 35 cm for objects the size of a coin, up to a maximum of 125 cm for large objects. The Ace 400i metal detector has both segment identification and numerical object identification
