My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (3-4 servings🍝):
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
cook al dente
400 g (14 oz) prawns (16/20)
olive oil
Paprika powder
black pepper
Garlic powder
Mix and place in a preheated pan
1 shot of vodka
‼️Caution: Be careful when using the flambé technique!
remove from the pan
60g (2oz) butter
1 garlic bulb, finely chopped
250 g (9 oz) Datterini tomatoes, halved
a pack of baby spinach
1 glass of dry white wine
salt and pepper
Pasta water
Zest of a lemon
✅ Add sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve once you have mixed the sauce with pasta!
