    Chef Cho could you specify what type of rice was used? I’m Korean and realized Korean /sushi rice is not the best for fried rice. I prefer Chinese rice for this recipe. Thanks!!

    I used to use MSG but now I use Umami. It’s much better flavor and really enhances the flavor of the fried rice. I even use it on popcorn.

    Fried rice goes well with garlic spring onions soya sauce pepper salt to taste however i do not add msg as consuming too much over the years may lead to Health issue like heart palpitation or tingling sensation that a lot of ppl are not aware of this cos some ppl are sensitive to additives .. with all natural ingredients are good enough

    Garlic was burnt to hell. To anyone who watches this, start with a low fire when toasting the garlic, add rice when it turns light brown to cool it down.

    Chris! All I needed to fix my rice was the immortal line, '...because then you'll have some WETASS fried rice!'. LOL! Well, I took that and dried my rice out a little bit, DAMN, my shit is killer now! I also did this recipe, and that shit is fire as well! Thanks, amigo!
