गगर्भावस्था के दौरान अनिद्रा की समस्या बहुत बढ़ जाती है जिसके कारण तनाव शुरू हो जाता है , योग गर्भवती महिलाओं को इस समस्या में आराम देता है। The problem of insomnia increases a lot during pregnancy, due to which stress starts, yoga gives relief to pregnant women in this problem.
इस वीडियो में सिखाये गए आसन और प्राणायाम कोई भी गर्भवती महिला अपने गर्भावस्था के किसी भी महीने में आसानी से कर सकती है I Asanas and Pranayama taught in this video can be easily done by any pregnant woman in any month of her pregnancy.

ग्रीवा क्रिया । Neck Movement
स्कंद चक्र । Shoulder rotation
मणिबन्ध चक्र I Wrist rotation
मर्जरीयासन बीतिलीआसन | Seated Cat Cow Pose
गुल्फ नमन और गुल्फ चक्र । Goolf Naman & Goolf Chakra
जानु सिरसासन ।Janu Sirsasana
बद्धकोणासन । Baddhakonasana
अनुलोम विलोम I Anulom Vilom:
1 पहली साइकिल । Cycle 1 -
साँस अंदर - बायीं नासिका । Inhale - Left Nostril
साँस बाहर - दायीं नासिका । Exhale - Right Nostril
साँस अंदर - दायीं नासिका । Inhale - Right Nostril
साँस बाहर - बायीं नासिका । Exhale - Left Nostril
गायत्री मंत्र । Gayatri Mantra

Does it not increase mucus formation?? And due to sinus i am suffering from vaata dosha and cervical spondylosis.
