Due tomorrow with baby number 3, however, no signs of anything happening yet. I have kept my mood and body in shape with you during the entire pregnancy. Will continue afterwards to shape up again :-)

Update baby came earth side on 14.4 thank you Jess for all the content here. Taking a much needed break after I had my last workout at 39 weeks. Good luck to all mamas and stay active this is the journey to a healthy mama, healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Added bonus recovery is much faster if the body is well trained and prepared. Mums are superheroes

I’m about to do this and just saw your comment and thought…awww God bless her and her family, about 1 yr ago she commented. Made me smile to think how quickly a year does go and I hope y’all are doing well! And I dearly need to get back into working out now that I’m no longer sick from first trimester!
I’ve tried many yoga tutorials, and given that I am not at all flexible, this video gives me joy and encouragement to continue the yoga routine. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and easy-grasped! Thank you so much!
This exercise makes me comfortable especially when restless and just want to be on my own. I realised this last exercise of stretching the legs up helps when feeling dizzy and you happen to be on your own to avoid fainting or having black out, or feeling the heart is running so first. One can stay like that after relaxing for some minutes then put on a call for help.

I found some of the poses quite challenging for an evening yoga. Such as Warrior and downward facing dog. My heart rate was so high, the breathing part after was kind of hard to do. Also in childspose I feel like my belly is to big and there is a lot of pressure, is there an alternative? Excuse me for my English.
I was bloated nd ready to throw up before this video helped me so much to relax and get ready for bed now I’m sleepy and feeling all better!

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for the videos. I am following your channel when I was 13weeks pregnant. Now I am 26weeks. Also I am having DADC twins conceived in ICSI (ivf) process. I don't have any other complications. But few poses from your videos are little uncomfortable for me now. Shall I continue to follow all your exercise routine even now?
May I ask what soundtracks play behind your instructions? I’d love to have this music for relaxations outside of exercise as well! I feel so relaxed after your yoga workouts!

Found this yoga video a bit difficult for 3rd trimester. Other videos are great!
How long after dinner can we do this? I usually wait for 1 hour before I do a 10 min walk

You can start these at anytime during pregnancy 💞 Breastfeeding will increase size, but when you stop they will decrease or overall weight loss can decrease their size. There are no specific exercises and you can’t “spot treat” to reduce breast size … sorry 😢
