Your gym is looking awesome. The REP rack and set up is great. Really cool how you created set ups using extra parts for your GHD and the leg ext attachment.

You were spot on with the statement saying Rogue isn’t focusing on the home gym market because they’re making more money in other ways. People complain about them not innovating for the home gym market but it’s just not as profitable for them.

I did the same thing. I sold my Rogue RML-690 and replaced it with a Rep Fitness PR-5000 and Ares. I also got tired of waiting on Rogue. My gym now has everything I need and everything can be used without having to move anything .

Love the new setup. Completely agree with you on Rogue and the MonsterLite accessories but I’m an idiot and upgraded to the 590C and spent way too much but now I’ve got a 6 post with just 14 inches longer for the foot print. Great space, love the magnetic chalk bowl for sour patch kids 😂

Good choices, I think the rep configuration works better for your space for sure. I don't think I could part with my rogue rack, too sentimental.

The ares was my best purchase. Literally all in one. With same footprint.

Some good news (better late than never). Looks like Rogue's latest attachments for Monster Lite are of the same quality as Monster line. Their updated sandwich J-Cups for example. So fingers crossed that trend continues.

Great video and love all your content I just bought a Rep Rack 4000 and can't decide on Ares vs Athena. I have limited space and like Athena as I can push bench back and do incline benches inside the rack. I like that Athena supports bands too as I have some that feel really heavy 100-200lbs and can help add a lot more weight for some exercises.

Great organization and resourcefulness. The gym is looking awesome. I've written this before - the wood on the walls is a great look.

agree with you on rogue, and i was also planning to buy 6 rep uprights for my new rack. i like the holes throughout the whole upright on the 4000 series

Hey friend. Curious if you have a video or link to any info on how you did the wood wall. I'm pretty useless with DYI handyman things but must learn and accomplish this for my walls! Appreciate it if you see this!

I have a Rogue Monster Lite half rack; if I was to start over again I would have got a 30" REP rack.

Could you please review the TRI post rack that the bulletproof fitness have come up with? Curious if this can be used as a primary rack and build on

You lost me at the GHD

Daym that's a crazy change in your gym. I remember all the rogue stuff like your rogue slinger monster lite modified in your folding half rack. I have a two car garage so I'm unable to go with the ares route. So far I have a rogue monsterlite half rack with a weight stack built in and a rep ft3000. I have westside folding reverse hyper and crash pad crash pad floor ghd. do you have any issues doing a straight lat pull down in your ares? I see most ares owner perform a slanted latpull down like a row so it's not a real straight lat pulldown. anyways your new setup 🔥🔥

I can pull straight down on mine, you can get pretty close/right underneath the bar, I added extra clips to bring it slightly down closer to where I want to grab the bar and use the rep leg anchor to secure myself to the bench…. & thanks 💪🏻🤙
