Can you do a test on if the regular xbox sticks fit in the G7 SE? I use Kontrol freeks and they dont fit on the G7 sticks because they are too wide

You have to buy PS4/5 versions, I have them on my G7 K4

I try to use my Kontrol freek from my Xbox One wireless too. It doesnt fit You have to use ps4/ps5 variant

I've been using my G7 for almost a yeαr now (bought it feb, 2023), and the thing is still perfect, partly because I'm a controller mom (the gamer counterpart to soccer moms), but mostly because the little guy is sturdy as hell. A friend of mine does have a Stellar Shift bought a month earlier and the lil guy's left stick is drifting already (what is a huge shame, 'cuz I used to love that controller) 😢

@@ikoiji hey ! That’s for the fantastic comment , was great to wake up to !! Yeah the G7 is such a great controller . They have really packed a lot into a small package. That’s a shame about your friends controller and it really is something the manufacturers need to get a grip on!! Thanks again for the comment and the new term controller mom haha

I have an elite series 2 that i bought to play with my series x. It broke after 2 mlnths and i just got a replacement yesterday. Super inconvienient when it stopped working. So i just ordered a g7 se as my backup and the main controller ill use on the extra xbox i have in my room. Been hearing lots of good about it. The only rhing it doesnt have that i wish it had is adjustable thumb stick tension. Its one of my favorite features of the elite series 2 so im not so sure ill love the g7 as much. Sticks may feel too light for me since i use kontroll freaks

Hey ! The thumb tension adjustment on the elite is an awesome feature so you probably will notice a difference on the SE although as you said I’ve heard mostly good things about the SE. Let me know how you get on once it arrives . Oh and thanks for watching / commenting

Good review I appreciated, but you need to put both controllers side by side and close up with the analog stick facing each other, You forgot a very important thing in the GAMESIR G7, the analog stick has a magnet that never drifts for long use, instead of a normal Xbox Series X controller that uses friction in the analog stick which mostly drifts.

G7 does not have hall effect sticks, only the G7 SE.

10:30 Totally disagree with you and you got it very wrong. Xbox official controller is much better than gamesir because it allow you to play in both wired and wireless mode while in wired mode obviously give even lower input lag on official controller than gamesir, why would people prefer gamesir while Xbox Series Official controller give both option but gamesir is wired only? your comments doesn't makes any sense at all !

Hey, thanks for the comment. Yeah you can play wired or wireless with the series controller. But out of the box it doesn’t come with a cable to allow this. This was comparing the controllers With what you are able to do with no extras. I should have been better in explaining that the series controller also is able to play wired. Thanks for mentioning it.

Backbuttons, No Stickdrift, a better feel, a better price, yeah wire sucks, but Stick Drift sucks even more

Xbox controller is really great. Except the stick drifting it has. The G7 SE has hall effect sticks and triggers. Better to have both.

Of all the arguments that have been used, are you saying that the Microsoft controller, which is more expensive, less resistant and less accurate, is better than the G7/G7 SE line simply BECAUSE YOU DON'T NEED A CABLE? Is the 3 meter/9 foot cable not enough for you? 😅

I have a G7 (not SE) for almost a year now, I use it on a daily basis, and he's such as he was on the first day. Original chinese stuff are usually pretty sturdy
