Gambians Express Disappointment and Frustration as Fellow Brothers fail to show up for

We are disappointed with fellow Gambians in Germany for now showing up to show solidarity to their fellow countrymen. In a powerful display of unity and solidarity, Gambians in Germany recently organized a demonstration for Justice for Lamin Touray, a tragic victim of police brutality. The atmosphere was electric as hundreds of passionate individuals, hailing from cities like Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Bremen, Osnabrück, Oldenburg, Hannover, and Bielefeld, gathered together to demand justice. Lamin's mother and sister, their hearts heavy with grief, were present at the demonstration, bravely sharing their heartbreaking stories and shedding light on the devastating impact of police violence.
However, amidst the sea of determined faces, there was a sense of disappointment and frustration. Gambians in Germany, who were eagerly anticipated to join the protest, were noticeably absent. The absence of their fellow countrymen left many feeling disheartened, as they longed for the support and solidarity of their Gambian brothers and sisters in this crucial fight against injustice.
In the aftermath of the demonstration, interviews were conducted to capture the raw emotions of angry Gambians who expressed their disappointment and frustration towards their fellow citizens in Germany. Their voices echoed the urgent need for unity and support within the Gambian community, particularly in times when justice hangs in the balance.
To all Gambians, near and far, this is a call to action. Let us come together, support one another, and stand up against injustice. It is through our collective strength and unwavering determination that we can create lasting change and ensure that no more lives are lost to senseless acts of violence. Together, we can make a difference.
