Hi Kurt! Love watching your channel! Quick questions: Why does the Nuskin product information sheet in the US say to NOT use the facial spa on the neck? Is the UK system different?

That's because in the US it only comes with the large face attachment and is used with the conductive gel. Whereas elsewhere it comes with the Body Attachment and is used with the Body Gel for the neck👌 You can order the Body attachment and gel from the site in the US though.

No se,no creo mucho,se que es para tonificar y he escuchado expertos hablar del producto,pero no había escuchado decir que es para toxinas,a nadie he escuchado decir eso,ni siquiera a la misma empresa que la fábrica y yo tengo esa galvánica.
I thought the device should always make skin contact all the time? I meant the lady in the video is not doing that? Or is it doesn’t matter?

If you remove it from the skin it will flash on the screen letting you know it doesn't have a connection, when you place it back on the skin it will beep that the connection has been restored. You can do that many times. If you hold it off the skin for too long the device will switch itself off, then you will have to turn it on and select the treatment setting to start again.
